Pros

The pay is decent and the colleagues are nice

Cons

Out of all my working experience I’ve never had a worse experience. The bank does not see the need for digitalization and does not see the need to improve things. They are fine with using software created in 1900 and developing software like its 1900. I think working here it’s pretty much a career killer, it done for a long period of time.

Pros

There can't be any because the US Department of Justice (MAY) look into this bank.

Cons

Where to start because they never seem to listen and pay attention to what their people tell them. Change the attitude and behavior of your middle managers. They need an agency like the DOJ to say to them or get a headline in WSJ that DOJ may look into them to get them to change their ways
