      Reputation of working for a global financial institution. Fair benefits (match up to 4% 401K) Competitive Salaries to a Bank. Fair work life balance

      Cons

      A lot of the same bureaucratic issues that are encountered at a global institution. The Performance management process is outdated and doesn't truly measure employee's value. Senior Management often willing to make mass layoffs.
