Pros

Generous vacation time, exposure to cultures, diversity and inclusion, good work life balance, and many remote opportunities.

Cons

If you get the wrong senior manager, your opinion will not be valued. Germany often favors Germany with raises and benefits and sometimes treats US employees as less valuable

Pros

I worked more than 5 years for this company. Let me give you few pros - Good work life balance - Company encourage employees to take leaves and for vacation leave you don't need any approval. So I would say one of the best leave policies. - Employee evaluation framework is good - Medical and Pf employer contributions are not part of CTC.

Cons

Cons: - Few teams still working on old technologies. - No additional activities. - AVP to VP promotion takes lots of time for male candidates
