Pros

Annual raises and variable bonuses, Hybrid schedule, kind people, lots of events for making connections

Cons

Difficult to get an interview unless you have a referral. Otherwise not really any cons, I’ve only been here for a year so can’t really speak yet to any hindrances that might come when trying to get promoted, etc.

Pros

DB is good if you want to stay at one team forever. Managers don't like poeple switiching teams and do give negative feedbacks so as not to make jump.

Cons

I took sabbatical due to my bad health and was informed by mgmt that i would be having my position safe when return . And to my nughtmare they not only made me redundent after i returned but stopped my way to join other teams by giving negative feedback. Also thier inclusive policy is a joke as many managers rejected me because i have grown disability over time due to health condition.
