Pros

Good place to begin. Sharp learning environment

Cons

Ordinary work life balance. Laid Back employee approach For few processes around the securities side the compensation is more like underpaid when compared to the roles and responsibilities carried on, which is why the securities and trust segment records highest attrition of over 37 % aprox.

Pros

Great culture with an established network of mentors and support groups that are ready to help with your day to day concerns.

Cons

Lean teams--making it difficult to balance the immense workload on a regular basis for teams to support senior staff.
