Pros

A truly entrepreneurial organisation with a "can do" work ethic and solid European culture. When you have good idea that should make money you should get all the support you need to get it done.

Cons

Excessively competitive organisation with multiple silos leading to scary political infighting. Different groups pursue the same goals in competition with the adage that "winner takes all". Co-heads are often appointed to encourage management struggles with one victor.

Pros

Lots of different types of business models to engage with, good opportunities, good corporate citizen, diverse footprint

Cons

A very political organization, difficult to have a work life balance, challenging from a systems infrastructure perspective (many acquisition, lack of integration, not much straight through processing)
