Good place to work, but advancement is difficult.

Pros

Good benefits. Profit sharing. 401K vested.

Cons

No upper management advice. Upper management totally disconnected from lower employees. Very little interdepartmental cooperation. Most managers practice a 'CYA" environment. Extremely hard to get noticed for good work. Advancement is nearly impossible, most advancements are considered to be lateral, justifying no increase in pay.

Pros

Great place to learn. Supervisor is nice. Working environment is pretty good. Location is at CBD so transit is convenient.

Cons

No food is provided. Work is quite heavy-load. Not much freedom. You need to sit there almost for the hold time to accomplish your work.
