Stable, developing, ambitious, wise company. have good base to work with. Can develop your skills, good background for selfdevelopment. fare salary. Attentive management, stable position. didn't reduce the salary while economic crisis 2 years ago. Even received some compensation. I consider this to be good sign.

Cons

motivate yourself. Your career is your responsibility. Thus you have all opportunities for self-develpment on branch and by mobility.
