A reasonably autonomous environment. Opportunity to develop and learn.

Cons

People reluctant to co-operate or share a common vision People hide behind bureaucracy Weak managers who will hide in order to protect their jobs (i.e. not support their direct reports)

Good as an entry level job. Very good support facilities like transport, quarterly team lunch, Annual bonding trips. Good fellow employees

very diversified and wide range f opportunity....there is nothing in the investment banking world that DB doesn't do..which means one can cash on to this factor and take a internal transfer to any department of his wish...

Cons

very very dissatisfied with current pay scale and current immediate management..
