Pros

Support on work life balance, lots of opportunities to make a difference, global brand, high credibility as an employer ... and of course, salaries are one of the best!

Cons

Too many silos, groups not working towards the common goal; not enough transparency around promotions; little attrition at senior levels leading to low growth opportunities

Pros

They pay very well. The organization is easily the best payers in the industry. People- Colleagues in the organization are brilliant and the exposure of working with them, likewise.

Cons

No career growth- The management seems to lack the long term vision for people to grow. No exit opportunities - The management is not supportive of helping people get exit opportunities of any kind be it other organizations in the industry or an Masters course.
