Pros

Good foot in door, diverse and compensates fairly compared to other banks. Good if you have a manager that cares about your future and career.

Cons

Feedback is lacking, restructuring causes problems. There is little communication between management and employees. Performances reviews are overly scrutinized and promotions are hard to come by.

Cons

employees working in the European region get better opportunities. Striving to become the leader and in the top 3 but not able to get there. Frequent re-orgs within the bank.
