      All the supervisors are very helpful. They foster team environment. You can get a solid exposure to industry standards and procedures very quickly.

      Too much responsibility...very limited scope for advancement

      If you get a good supporting senior manager stick close to them. They are far and few between.

      Cons

      Hours. So hard to work with others. Overly technical.Expectations are set too high. Management is management when it should be leadership.
