Global brand name, huge history, world wide presence, decent compensation. The bank is place with peers who have amazing knowledge. The bank is among the best in the business and has been a leader in investment banking.

Cons

Very low communication at the lower level. Back office & support functions do not get enough visibility in terms of promotions and career path.
