Pros

Excellent benefits package and respect for time out of the office. Really challenging technical work. Lots of really smart people around.

Cons

Rude, condescending climate, leadership appears to think communicating with people is optional. Bad behavior goes on uncorrected. Compensation stagnant and not on par with education and skill requirements.

Pros

Support on work life balance, lots of opportunities to make a difference, global brand, high credibility as an employer ... and of course, salaries are one of the best!

Cons

Too many silos, groups not working towards the common goal; not enough transparency around promotions; little attrition at senior levels leading to low growth opportunities
