Pros

There are many offices globally. This opens up a vast amount relocation possibilities.

Cons

This location is unproductive due to massive amounts of redtape and ineffective management. It is not a good place for an engineer accustomed to producing results. If I were a new-hire (and I'm not), I would not want this to be my first job experience. The center resembles what you might find in a call center in India, both in terms of office layout and in ethnic headcount.
