None .. except a healthy benefits package.

Cons

Their performance management cycle is not upto the mark. I had trouble convincing the management that I was a good employee. The management had no points to prove that I did not work well and still gave me a low rating.

Cons

You won't have the opportunity at least at the beginning to choose your favorite area. You will have to spend time in the company before changing your position.
