Pros

Very professional and international working environment. Learned a lot from the quality of the people I was working with. Leading financial institution.

Cons

The downside was the number of working hours. However I am not complaining as this was part of the job I was doing, corporate finance advisory.

It was OK, too bureaucratic and political for me.

Pros

If you are a woman they give you a good amount of maternity leave. I'm not a woman, so that was not so helpful for me.

Cons

They seem to make bad decisions about fire and hiring. The seem to get rid of the most expensive (and smartest) and replace them with someone cheaper.
