Pros

Great pay, benefits. If you do your job, they treat you well.

Cons

If you happen to be in an area that is affected by outsourcing (and many of the largest areas were), you should look to work somewhere else. They will not consider strong performers in one area as potentially strong performers in another. Moving around in the company is available to the very few. No matter how well you do in a support function, if "the numbers" don't work for you, you are out. Great to be a stockholder, though. I still have all of my shares. Review process was great financially, terrible professionally (in terms of advancement). They expect you to do your job, and don't consider the fact that you could do something else, something more challenging.

Cons

Salaries are "okay", not really sky-rocketing Not really aggressive in the market Too many levels in a hierarchy and several vertical heads at the same time
