Pros

good training system at London for two months

Cons

most of the jobs are going to be offshored to developing countries for Back office jobs. Not recommended if you are thinking of a long term career.

Pros

Good people to work with. Work is challenging at times. Flexibility of work load, which helps in work-life balance. Brand Name.

Cons

Don't see revenue getting generated out of the work, also in terms of quality more challenging work is required. Client interaction is lacking as well.

Pros

The atmosphere is fun at times. People work hard here.

Cons

There is so much favoritism that goes on...it makes this place a joke. If you are in good with certain people, then you will do well...if not, you're on your own. Very little support from senior management...it's almost a sink or swim attitude.
