Pros

I like the job so far. Possibily because I am working at the Development center instead of the headquater on Wall Street. The working enviroment and the culture here is relatively relaxing and friendly.

Cons

Don't know where I can go after years. Should I stay in Financial IT or switch to something else? It's a common dellima for programmers in Finance industry.

Deutsche bank asset management is a great brand, given the parent company deutshe bank was one of the few global banks not to require a bailout.

Cons

Deutsche bank asset management is a great brand, but the funds management industry has taken enormous losses in recent years.
