      There is definitely area for growth and moving up the ladder. Benefits are good, vacation days are plentiful. Employees are diverse and talented

      Cons

      If you like the idea of working in a large company this is for you. There is a lot of bureaucracy no doubt, but after all, this is a large company.

      Pros

      I like the job so far. Possibily because I am working at the Development center instead of the headquater on Wall Street. The working enviroment and the culture here is relatively relaxing and friendly.

      Cons

      Don't know where I can go after years. Should I stay in Financial IT or switch to something else? It's a common dellima for programmers in Finance industry.
