Pros

The people are very nice always try to help you. You are not under competitive pressure. Senior managers are really people you can look up to.

Cons

Systems can be quite old. Some junior managers can be technically very good but not so good in managing people.

Pros

Great structure, as far as technology is concerned. Interesting job: financial statement analysis and relation with IR of covered stocks.

Cons

A lot of low profile job and a very poor training, actually no training at all. Very stressful. Poor remuneration
