Pros

- good place to gain investment banking knowledge - friendly culture - large global organisation, make your own career

Cons

- very political, have to play the game - a lot of change, ideas come and go all the time without consistency - tight lipped senior management, middle management just tows the line

Pros

Good work environment, friendly, and easy going corporate atmosphere. Great overall benefits, including health, maternity leave & vacation / personal time off Promotes educational advancements

Cons

Salaries seem to be lower than other large banks, and top competitors. Some employees are over worked for the amount paid.
