      --Senior management comes up with brilliant ideas, but picks morons to implement them --Middle management (VP/Director) level is full of nasty politics --Complete lack of diversity in upper management (mostly male and white)

      Pros

      Deutsche Bank is a slow-growing bank, however, it has its own strategy to keep the strong market and financial positions in the market. you will enjoy and learn something from working inside. Meanwhile, the working environment is quite political, if you want to further develop you personal skills and control capabilities, DB is a place you should go for. The key point is that you need to speak out and be independent thinking.

      Cons

      So called " German mind set", very process oriented organization. you should be prepared to spend a lot of time in meetings and different engagements. so, don't let yourself be lost in the busy routine and keep focusing on the valuable measures.
