The work life balance might is not very good, especially for junior employees , but it is not very different from other firms.

a lot of learning opportunities. nice office and very good location. good infrastructure. a lot of change initiatives. travel opportunities.

Cons

a lot of politics, mid managers require more trainings on leadership. compensation and promotions are not transparent. very high attrition rate.
