Pros

Most domain leads are talented leaders, and there are pockets of technical excellence in Cary.

Cons

Limited local influence; center leadership is effectively a proxy taking direction from the UK. Incompetent attention whores pander to business leads for prominence and influence.

Pros

You gain some investment banking insight.

Cons

Systems are obsolete, code is inneficient, 90% of developers are stupid. During interviews 1 simple coding question was asked, no candidates answered it correct and all got hired. The developers are 90% Indian, and most of them are completely incompetent.

Pros

Time off .... and you will want it. Decent pay.

Cons

No real technology, too much management, horrible work-life balance. With so many other places hiring why would you ever work here. Find some where without 300 H1B1 visa indentured servants. Find some where with interesting technologies. Find some where that doesn't dictate your dress code, your weekends and your investments. Find some where you won't hate going to work every morning.
