Pros

-- good policy for leave , medical , and all the benefits -- they are paying as well above average market standard

Cons

Below comments are only for the team I worked on .. and for making sure before joining you ensure that what/ how your team is working on ..I heard some teams are still better ..but loans team is not 1. Legacy System Constraints – The company operates on outdated systems with strict restrictions on improvements, limiting innovation and efficiency. 2. On-Call Availability – Employees are expected to be available 24/7, leading to excessive work pressure. 3. No work life balance. 4. Contradictory Management Practices – While the company claims to avoid micromanagement, employees face criticism for minor deviations, such as leaving the office 30 minutes early—even after working late nights. 5. Unrealistic Expectations – Hardworking employees often face continuously increasing expectations, leading to burnout. 6. Skill Exploitation Without Growth – Employees with strong technical skills are often assigned support roles rather than development work, prioritizing management’s directives over meaningful technical contributions. 7. Lack of Process and Ethical Standards – The team atleast in which I worked operates without well-defined processes or ethical guidelines. 8. Retaliation Against Dissent – Employees who voice concerns or challenge practices are often targeted and placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). 9. Intentional Business Case Planning – There are instances where business cases are deliberately created to justify actions against employees. 10. Toxic Politics – The workplace is heavily driven by internal politics, more than what is typically seen in corporate environments. 11. Ineffective HR Support – The HR department lacks independence and primarily acts in favor of management. Employee concerns are escalated directly to managers rather than being addressed impartially. 12. False "Speak-Up" Culture – Although the company promotes a culture of openness, in practice, employees hesitate to voice concerns due to fear of repercussions. On top of that vp takes credit of your ideas and work .. and keep saying I have done this I have done this learn from me .

Pros

Cab service, competitive pay. Good number of leaves.

Cons

Senior management is very messed up. Lot of politics. I would say company is good but it depends in which team you're in. For me experience was horrible. I'm switching the company in 5months. You need to request ur manager thousands of time to approve a single leave. Don't expect any help, support or sympathy in our bad days. Worst culture I have ever seen.

Pros

Good office location - close to train station and in CBD.

Cons

Quite cliquish, political. Very unorganized and amateurish. The leaders thought they were top notch but the whole operation was laughable.
