Pros

Really good flexibility and benefits structure. The people you work with are great in general too

Cons

Management is poor with little vision of the future and work in silos only caring about their own areas. Promotions only occur if you are management's "friend" and not based on ability sadly and pay rises are pretty non existent without a promotion

Pros

- Plenty to do functionally and through social networks to be involved in. - Location is accessible centrally. - Culture promoted is great but not practiced by certain managers. - good work/life balance

Cons

- social networks related to diversity and inclusion are mostly lip service from the local management - some managerial behavioural and conduct issues thrive and ignored by management - salary progression is very slow and have big disparity between departments
