      None I can think of now a days. It was good when I joined with work life balance and leadership.

      Cons

      New bunch of jokers get promoted who are bootlicking and making up gangs. Making fun of employees who put up any concerns/issues rather than resolving. No proper response from upper management as they also support those joker gangs.

      Mental Harrasment at its peak | Silent layoff

      - Lunch but now its degraded - Last off site visit in 26 sept

      Cons

      - Good tech guys are leaving - Too much mental harassment by management they all are supporting which is why people leaving and there are lots of vacany because of that - that type of Micro management which you never ever scene in German company

      Was A good company

      Pros

      - Meal is free - Good company if you are joining a TPM or lead or manager - They are supporting women empowerment - car hire policy

      Cons

      - Lots of politics - Life is in constant stress if you are junior resource, no one support you the only way to deal with it is to quit and move on - No work life balance - Too much micromanagement even they note your breaks - Its a service based company in gurgaon - Less pay and they dont acknowledge your hard work
