      Cons

      chance to get a contract after studies is very hard (only possible through trainee program) No working outside Germany allowed (only a couple of days per year)

      There was poor communication top down and very hard to know what is the best way of doing business - the rules were permanently changing.

What I love most is the leadership's employee-focused approach—they truly care about their teams. The culture here is supportive, dynamic, and growth-oriented. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and rewarding work environment
