Nice but slow

Pros

Big company, quite stable, in general nice benefits and they don't like overtimes (at least german managers)

Cons

Lays off people in Germany and hires in countries like Greece, Hungary and India, very hard to relocate to Germany within the company. In Greece it is hard to get pay raise, whatever inflation rate is.
