Trainings, various tech stacks, company culture, ppl managers, HO compensation (till it lasts)

Cons

Unstable projects in the chapter I am familiar with, no vision and mission for a full year, only focusing in the next adhoc step, forced re-entry to office with minimal forward thinking about office space, bandwidth, etc.
