      Constant changes and uncertainty, future of agility is questionable.

      If you are good at work then no appreciation but more work is given without any consideration

      Cons

      Forget promotion, even doing a lot doesn't get you EE rating until you are someone favourite, no work from home policy in name of wfh

      – Colleagues on the same level are generally supportive. – Opportunity to gain some basic experience.

      Cons

      – Management is unprofessional and often shows disrespectful behavior towards employees. – No transparency in career growth or promotion processes. – Salary increases, when they happen, are minimal and usually below the inflation rate. – Tenure and personal contribution are not valued — no matter how long you work, you won’t receive anything more significant. – Overall impression is that employees are not valued by leadership.
