- interacting with clients has helped me improve my communication and negotiation skills - I learned a lot of new knowledge about the telecommunications industry - I learned time and stress management

Cons

- unachievable targets and low salary - customers are often angry and dissatisfied with the services = a work environment full of negative energy and stress - work on weekends
