      Family friendly leadership and good place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Flexible time management. Possibility to gain more experience and try new positions. Well designed trainings. Quality assets. Help to design career plans. Good looking reference/experience in CV. Stability.

      Cons

      Lower salaries than competitors offer. Cafeteria is treated more or less as something that must present, but nothing significant. Home office is encouraged, and assets provided by the company for home use, however, running costs of an office are pushed down to the employees. Growing workload and demands are not balanced with salary.
