- a lot of trainings and project opportunities - they really appreciate good German language knowledge. With that you have great carreer opportunities through entire Deutsche Telekom - finally they introduced a good employee recommendation system

Cons

- idiotic FTE targets, where on one hand you see high demand from customer side, on other hand you see that management wants to cut numbers and puts a hard cap on FTE targets - they want to make everyone become a programmer
