I had the opportunity to work remotely.

Cons

It depends on what kind of supervisor you get. In my case, I didn't get any raise or promotion for two years despite very good performance. Allowances and benefits are at a pitifully low level and the management is "trying" to make a difference. There are no developed procedures and guidelines for work.
