Slow, not much focus on work, to many empty words. Prefer useless meeting to real work. Awful salary (it based not on professional level but on HR imagination and how many years you will "sit" in company, that entails situation when Software engineer who works 15 year but performing much worse than a full junior will have better conditions than real middle engineer with 5 years experience ). A lot of colleagues are lazy, not motivated, cannot work in modern reality. Extreme resistance to everything new. DT positions it self as an international company, but a lot of German colleagues don't speak English. And overall here is no international culture (For a lot of topics concerning IT practices and concepts you can get an answer like this: "Oh, but here in Germany we don't do like this and like that...."). In general salary lower than on a Market.
