Not many come to mind, I really enjoyed it and after leaving I saw its value even more.

Great learning curve and Oppurtunity to develop and grow together

Pros

1. Timelines for senior, junior are well thought regarding their efficiency 2. Smooth onboarding and time given to learn the tech stack. 3. What you develop goes to production and u can see ur code making changes to masses.

Cons

1. For learning purpose of the currect tech stack, the documentation is not extensive and can be made better. Butt efforts are being made to complete the documentation so that new employee can refer to the same doc instead of asking the senior developer.
