      Pros

      Huge revenue, thus stable and robust legacy company, whee one can learn a lot of lessons (among others worst managerial practice too)

      Cons

      Daily managerial attitude in sharp contrast with shiny company image, full of hypocrisy and huge gaps between Germany and the CEE “colonies”, called “Natcos”. Long survival for bad managers with obvious mental disorders widely tolerated and accepted or ignored.
