      A lot of politics, politics and politics (review only for pune office)

      Work life balance , no work at times, slow work On site

      Cons

      A lot of politics Company driven by only seniors and old employees You need to gossip and spread rumours to survive You need to be in good books of your manager by taking them out to party, sharing drink, going at their flats, etc You cannot be a strong independent person here Your piece of mind would be lost once you join here

      Pros

      - Compensation is at par with the industry standards - Good for people who are not enthusiastic & have a laid back attitude.

      Cons

      - People working this organization for few years have a lot of attitude. - Zero innovation - You need to be a follower to survive in this organization. You can't have your own opinion. - Not an open work culture. - Technical Architects lack technical knowledge. - Poor management. - People working in this organization for a couple of years have a fear that they will loose there importance if they share all information to the younger guys coming in for work.

      Pros

      - Secure working enviroment highly protected by Workers Council. - Above average compensation for middle/higher managament. - Relativly good work/life balance. - Big internal job market( even though is not really easy to rotate ).

      Cons

      - Slow decision making process. - Contsantly most of the segments are re-orginizing/transforming. - Internal IT ( Tel.IT.) has a loooot to do to catch up with the external IT market. - Service desks can be a challenge. - Trying to get international but still is very Deutsche !! :)
