      Work is not distributed correctly. Almost everybody is trying to pass the ball to the next one.

      Work environment ok, colleagues nice.

      Cons

      Hard work not appreciated (i dont mean rewarded financially, just not appreciated), bad management (each and every day i wonder how do some people get on management position with very bad people skills and 0 target orientation). I wont recommend for anyone to work !
