      Good salary and a nice over allnetowrk within germany would be a nice company to work for within Germany

      Cons

      not very international but still working to get there. Geographically also very restricted

      Pros

      The posibilities to develop and grow your skills and knowledge is huge. The company offers many horizontal and vertical promotion oportunities, even in different countries.

      Cons

      Hierarchy is still present in all levels, in spite the fact that many cultural and change management workshops are held. The multi cultural challange is worked on.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is not just a phrase here, but can realisticly be achieved. Contract typically is for 38 or 40 hours per week.

      Cons

      Most of the work just focuses on internal processes. There is very little entrepreneurial spirit and it´s hard to get things done.
