      Pros

      Freedom in work, you can submit proposals and contribute new ideas. You are being trusted by your direct managers. Helpful, open and friendly fellow colleagues especially on the lower hierarchy levels. Great office culture.

      Cons

      Middle management is mainly occupied with processes and is fear-driven. Quality of middle management unfortunately below average; there is no real leadership (with a few positive exceptions).

      Pros

      The company has a friendly atmosphere, diversity and individual efforts recognised. Differences respected and good company values especially relating to work life balance.

      Cons

      Nothing much to complain about except that there are too many processes which hinder efficiency rather than speed things up. Could sometimes come accross as individualistic company culture.
