      Pros

      Friendly and encouraging atmosphere, relatively stress free. The Work/life balance is absolutely great with flexible work hours. No one asks any questions as long as the work is getting done and the deadlines are met.

      Cons

      The HR department is a joke, a group of lazy and misinformed people who could not care less about you or your problems. Too many pointless meetings.

      Very-well organized, pro-active in technology

      Cons

      Too big with complicated processes. The employee are very specialized and do not deliver end-to-end solution, just one part ( which is in their job description)

      Flexible work hours, freedom to get creative in the job, the senior engineers not hesitant to answer questions, lots of avenues to learn.
