Pros
The hiring process was short (at least in my case, because the manager immediately accepted me)
Cons
The new employee has to learn thing on his own, since the training is held one or two months after being employed. It took three days to get a laptop, and the phone (the most necessary thing didn't arrive). They didn't create me an e-mail address. They did not fully inform me about their products portfolio. When I asked for training the manager told me that I have to stay and watch the others two.I left after three days. This was a Telekom partner. I heard that working at the real Telekom is a lot better.
