      There aren't really too many downsides to working at Deutsche Telekom. One challenge is having to deal with colleagues based in the European time zone.

      Good compensation package, lots of possibilities for professional training. Deutsche Telekom offers lots of opportunities for job change within the company, therefore giving you the possibility to avoid routine without leaving the company.

      Cons

      The image of the oil tanker that is very slow in changing direction fit best to Deutsche Telekom. Decisions take forever and need to be unanimous. This results in lots of meetings trying to gain support if you want to drive your projects forward.
