      - nice colleagues - good knowledge - professional - relatively good pay - work-life-balance (at most times, but not at all times)

      Cons

      - few opportunities to advance - large tanker - not as nimble as smaller company - location is not very interesting

      Pros

      Good level of empowerment, dealing with leading edge technolgies and networks, an excellent salary package, good mid term management incentive plan, and a great place to live. Many employees are motivated to do the right thing for the customer. DT has moved from being "subscriber" focused to Customer Advocates. This has resulted in putting the Customer First and trying to give each customer the best experience no matter what service they are using.

      Cons

      There are still many people who think and act as though DT is still a state run monopoly. Unfortunately this creates the wrong attitude and diminsihes the motivation of the younger and innovative workforce. For those people who want to hold on to the old mindset they should move on to civil service jobs outside of DT.

      Not particularly challenging No accountability for decisions or performance Performance culture very lacking meaning that there is litte incentive for driven, motivated calibers
