1. No micromanagement so far 2. Work life balance 3. New Tech stack 4. Free Food in office 5. You can take leaves no questions asked 6. Freedom to put your ideas and work on them 7. In office activities/ games/ celebrations/ offsite(once in a year) are awesome

Cons

1. Slowly moving towards service based organisation like culture e.g. internal politics in some teams, deserving people not always get promoted/rewarded because rotation based reward is happening in some teams 2. Management is harsh sometimes in taking decisions like WFO(3 days), deducting leaves if not followed.
