      Pros

      - Meal is free - Good company if you are joining a TPM or lead or manager - They are supporting women empowerment - car hire policy

      Cons

      - Lots of politics - Life is in constant stress if you are junior resource, no one support you the only way to deal with it is to quit and move on - No work life balance - Too much micromanagement even they note your breaks - Its a service based company in gurgaon - Less pay and they dont acknowledge your hard work

      Full of nepotism, politics and unaccountability

      Pros

      renumeration package remote working at least 15% bonus as per your gross annual salary some colleagues from non managerial levels are 100% professionals office location in Thessaloniki

      Cons

      Asked to work long hours (indirectly because they provided me with extra work in purpose) in my project without extra renumeration. The attitude of management is unacceptable. They are hiring wrong people in critical positions e.g. people unit leads. The administrative part of the company is inappropriate. They just do not want to do their job. They even make mistakes in the medical plan data. The main project problem is the lack of understanding between different cultures. Candidates are advised to STAY AWAY from projects that include offshore Management like OneShop and OneApp.

      Don't Join, very poor Work culture

      Good Paymaster and policies are good.

      Cons

      1. Lots of work, Join only if you are willing to work 24 x 7 including weekends. No comp off for weekends. Will hire for Automation but you will get only manual work. Wrong people sitting at right places, No planning what so ever. Treat your employees well and appreciate them if they are pushing there limits.
